I will use random.org to pick the winners, and announce them in a journal (or poll, depending on how I feel).

1. Only people who watch me and have faved this journal will be eligible to win.

2. If I come across someone who has not watched me, I will choose someone else.

3. I will announce the winners in a journal, and the winner must then send comment to claim their prize within a day of the announcement. This is a test to see if they haven't just faved and ran. Don't worry, i will alert my watchers several times of the winners.
